We collaborated with Soho Rep to work out a resolution to a code issue with their Walker Street theatre home of over 26 years. We contacted the NYC Building Department and discussed a series of renovations that would allow them to reoccupy their theatre space. These included accessibility upgrades expanded sprinkler coverage and a renovation to the public spaces in the theatre.
